Our team uses a community leadership development approach. We are all trained facilitators who are intimately involved in the communities where we work. We employ a values-based approach centred on principles of diversity, equity and social justice. Our work is rooted in community engagement and consultation. We offer workshops, training and conflict mediation rooted in responding to community concerns and needs in order to facilitate effective and healthy relationships. Our work is catered to the group and individuals who are seeking our services.
