Mohamed Yaffa is an educator, mediator, trainer and a strategist. He is experienced in leading strategy development, policy and educational programs.  Currently working with Nova Scotia Health Authority as the Talent and Organizational Development Consultant for Diversity and Inclusion, he provides support for managers and staff as well as strategic leadership for implementing the organization’s priorities in the area of Diversity and Inclusion. Mohamed worked for the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia (ISANS) for six years, supporting recent immigrants in their integration process and educating community service providers on strategizing and providing support for newcomers.Mohamed is a leader in the Muslim and Black communities in Nova Scotia and is part of several committees, boards and groups, including the Tatamagouche Centre’s Program Resource, The IWK Health Centre’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Health Care Human Resource Sector Council board of directors.mohamed@emerge-international.com
