Ishbel Munro Ishbel is a Certified Mediator through Henson College, Ishbel trained in the Dialogue for Peaceful Change (DPC) methodology in Northern Ireland. Ishbel was the Program Director at Tatamagouche Centre and the Executive Director of Coastal Communities Network.
